    FAQ

How is the "best" meeting time determined?▼
By default, 09:00-17:00 local time is the best business window (green). 08:00-09:00 and 17:00-22:00 are acceptable (yellow); other times are rest hours (gray).
    Is DST supported?▼
Yes. It uses the browser built-in Intl API, which automatically detects DST for the selected date and city; no manual adjustment is needed.
How many cities can I add?▼
No hard limit. You can add as many cities as you want, but for readability it is recommended to keep it within 10.
    Why can't I find my city?▼
The search box connects to our global city database (all countries, provinces and cities, auto-synced). Search by Chinese name, English name or time zone ID; try the English spelling if not found.
    Is my data saved automatically?▼
For privacy, data is never uploaded to the server. However, we use browser local storage to remember your last city list for convenience.
What does the base time mean?▼
It is the time at your current location, or the time you plan to start the meeting. Adjust it and all other city times change accordingly.
    How are day-overlaps displayed?▼
If the calculated time crosses a date (e.g. becomes tomorrow or yesterday), the date label on the card updates automatically with a short hint next to the time.
    Can I send a calendar invitation directly?▼
Currently this tool focuses on planning and reviewing. Once confirmed, create the meeting manually in Outlook, Google Calendar or other calendar apps.
